After a long day outdoors Vista Motel is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and Boundary Creek is a magnificent whitewater spot nearby. Do visit Marsh Lake in close proximity to Saddle Lake, it's a lovely lake, and camping at Saddle Lake is nice fun, Dirt Oven Campground is a nice local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Saddle Lake, you could go to Silver Creek; in case you don’t       have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Smith Creek. Through the summertime highs here at Saddle Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are usually in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Saddle Lake fall into the 10's. At Saddle Lake you don’t see much precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months                  is July. Yeah, come here to Saddle Lake for a glorious time. You get a perfect sight of Saddle Mountain from Saddle Lake.
