High temperatures at Round Lake through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's, and night lows in the 10's for Round Lake. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Coeur D'alene is a perfect spot to spend a night or two; you can run the rapids of Priest River. This lake is so wonderful. A great       nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites HAYDEN-COEUR D'ALENE NORTH, and not far from Round Lake you'll stumble on Beaver Lake which is a scenic lake. If only every spot had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great world it would be. Why not camp at Silverwood Theme and RV Park since you're here at Round Lake; wonderful hiking is available along the English Point National Recreation Trail. Go for a hike on the Leiberg-Athol Trail, and Round                  Lake is not far at all from Coeur d'Alene. Camping is available at Kelso Lake Resort, and hey, Gotta ski right? Schweitzer is a pleasant spot to do that.
