The vista of Border Mountain from Robinson Lake is beautiful; Gillon Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth stopping at. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SANDPOINT NORTH is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two, and if you came for an overnight stay Robinson Lake Campground is a great location to camp. High temperatures       at Robinson Lake during the summertime are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Robinson Lake. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Robinson Lake. Best Western Kootenai River Inn & Casino is a great place to get some rest, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Moyie River. Take a hike on the Hellroaring                  Ridge Trail, and Copper Creek Campground is a nice campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Sidehill Trail, and there's whitewater on Kootenai for all you adrenaline kick people.
