Hiking along the Waterfall Trail is nice fun, and Puddin Mountain is a peak you can see from Reflection Lake. Reflection Lake gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain while February is commonly the driest month. There's whitewater on Panther Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Reflection       Lake has to offer, you can camp at Yellowjacket Campground. High temperatures at Reflection Lake all through the summertime are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Reflection Lake. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Salmon River Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Camas Creek;                  why not take a refreshing hike along the Ship Island Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Salmon River Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Reflection Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Crags Campground is a wonderful spot for that, and as expected, this is a pleasant area for folks who like lakes, Alpine Lake is a lake close by. And that's not all you can do here at Reflection Lake.
