    Why not stop by Rattler Reservoir if you're passing through these parts. A tour to Rattler Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Coyote Hill Spring, and the sights at Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument will blow your mind. Paddling on Snake River is so much fun. There's so much to do here at Rattler Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Rock Lodge Resort and Campground is a nice place for that. High temperatures at Rattler Reservoir  
   throughout the summertime months are in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Rattler Reservoir all through the winter usually drop into the 0's.
Not much precipitation falls here at Rattler Reservoir; December is the month that gets the most snow while August is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Get soaked paddling on Malad Big Wood River.
 
               You'll need more than a day to look at everything Rattler Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at High Adventure River Tours. Really tremendous skiing awaits you at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort.
