This place is excellent, just explore all the amusing stuff to do close to Raft Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Campbell Creek Trail, and drift down the rapids of Payette River - North Fork in a kayak. If you came to camp Lake Cascade State Park is a delightful location to do that; Skein Lake Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood of Raft Lake. Yeah, come up here to the       Salmon River Mountains for a delightful time. Raft Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Water's Edge RV Resort is a great local campground; Shirts Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Ashley Inn is a good choice, and do take a hike on the Wilson Creek Trail. Be careful coming to the Salmon River Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Raft Lake is right by the Campbell                  Trail, and Collier Peak is clearly visible from Raft Lake. This lake is one of the great places here in the Salmon River Mountains. Raft Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; January is the wettest month with most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Bed Ground Creek is a great place to visit, and get soaked paddling on Payette River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Stewarts Meadow is a delightful site any time of year, and do visit Skein Lake, it's a wonderful lake. For the period of the summertime, highs generally are in the 80's at Raft Lake with night lows in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the winter at Raft Lake temperatures sink to the 10's.
