Providence Lake is right by the White Mountain Trail. An average amount of rain falls at Providence Lake; the wettest month of the year is regularly December, that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Providence Lake. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets       highs in the 20's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Providence Lake. Schweitzer has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff, and don't forget to visit Bottle Bay if you're here. There's whitewater on Pack River for all you adrenaline people, and there are other sites here than Providence Lake, for example Beaver Lake. This place, Providence Lake, it absolutely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Pack River;                  camping at Garfield Bay Resort is always a nice experience. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Inn At Sand Creek, and the Green Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best. After a long day outdoors Best Western Edgewater Resort is a fine place to spend a night or two, and naturally Garfield Creek flows through this region.
