There's so much to do here at Pot Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Fork Campground is a tremendous spot for that, and not far from Pot Lake you get some fine water scenery at Box Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Payette River - North Fork. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Pot Lake       has to offer, you can camp at Black Lee Campground. Do take a look at Box Lake next to Pot Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and there's glorious hiking along the Fall Creek Trail. Not much rain falls here at Pot Lake; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Pot Lake is located in the Salmon River Mountains. North Beach is a beach in close proximity to Pot Lake that you can explore, and while you're                  here, you could have a look at Black Lee Creek. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Salmon River Mountains.
