| | This lake is so wonderful. Albion Mountains is uncomplicated to spot from Pot Holes; this is a popular location for people from Burley. This is no location for people who don’t like to have fun. The Albion Mountains casts its shadow over Pot Holes, and don't miss out on a tour to City Of Rocks National Reserve since you're here. Going for a hike on the Rangers Trail is always a perfect adventure, and Thompson Flat Campground is a great campground nearby.

Around Pot Holes you don’t get a lot of rain; the month with most of the rain is May, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Basin-Elba Pass is a nice spot to stop at nearby; Brackenbury Campground
is a splendid local campground.
At Pot Holes during the warm months highs are in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Pot Holes dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
