If you like lakes and you're in this part of Idaho you can check out Pony Lake. Take a side journey to Arnett Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Panther Creek is a great whitewater spot in close proximity to Pony Lake, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Daly Creek Trail. Camping at Pony Lake is great fun, Deadwater Campground is a great local campground; going for a hike along the Brushy Gulch Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of

Pony Lake is located in the Salmon River Mountains. So many entertaining things to do in the Salmon River Mountains, not sufficient time. North Fork Store is a fine campground here, and hiking along the Hornet Creek Trail is splendid fun. Pony Lake is frequently a quite waterless location; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February meanwhile is the driest month.
