Poison Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. It is very dehydrated here at Poison Lake generally; during the month of December you get the most snow around here, and the driest month of the year is July. Through the summer at Poison Lake temperatures are typically in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 30's, and overnight lows at Poison Lake

| | through the wintertime typically drop into the 0's. So much enjoyable stuff in the neighborhood of Poison Lake, completely incredible. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Poison Lake; Arling Trail is a good local trail, and Burnt Wagon Basin is a magnificent location here at Poison Lake. So many fun things to do here in the Salmon River Mountains, too magnificent to be true. Payette River - North Fork has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by. | |

This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Ashley Inn is a perfect spot to spend a night or two, and here at Poison Lake you can distinguish Lone Tree. Man, is there lots of fun things to do in the Salmon River Mountains.
Poison Lake is right by the Anderson Creek Trail; you can stay the night at Poison Creek Campground. This lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains. If you need a place to stay Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a perfect choice,
and if you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Payette River - North Fork. The Jungle Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and Amanita Campground is a great campground nearby.
