Do stop by Piper Lake while you're in this part of Idaho. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Heavens Gate Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Salmon River Mountains. Devils Hole is a good place to check out; Devils Ladder is an attention-grabbing thing to catch a sight of if you're here.

Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge is a glorious choice. And if that's not sufficient, there's loads more to do close to Piper Lake. Camping at Allison Creek Campground is always a fine experience; going for a hike on the Lava Butte
Trail is always a splendid adventure. Piper Lake is pretty dehydrated regularly; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain; July is the month with the least moisture.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitetail Club and Resort is a nice place to get some rest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Hard Creek.
