Hiking is a popular thing to do around Parker Lake; Hall Mountain       Trail is a perfect local trail, and why not camp at Dirt Oven Campground since you're here at Parker Lake. The sight of Long Mountain from Parker Lake is pretty, and if you came for an overnight stay Idyl Acres RV Trailer Park is a pleasant spot to camp. High temperatures at Parker Lake through the summer months are in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in                  the 10's overnight here at Parker Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
