Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Pancho Lake temperatures sink to the 10's. Yeah, come up here to the Sawtooth Range for a tremendous time. A fine nearby hotel is Greyhawk by ResortQuest. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Salmon River, and if you've had enough of Pancho Lake,       Everly Lake is close by. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Pancho Lake has to offer, you can camp at Queens River Campground, and Pancho Lake is right by the Yuba River Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Powerplant Campground, and the Black Warrior Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. This place, Pancho Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors cool stuff. Visit Timpa Creek since you're here at Pancho Lake; hiking along the                  Bull Moose Trail is wonderful fun. The amount of precipitation that falls at Pancho Lake is close to the national average; January is when you get the most snow here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Sawtooth Range will keep you coming back many times. The top of Mount Everly is easily spotted from Pancho Lake; Pancho Lake is not the only site nearby, Plummer Lake is a nearby lake.
