Any time is a pleasant time at Oxford Reservoir if you like the outdoors. This lake is so wonderful. A fine place for whitewater paddling close to Oxford Reservoir is Bear River, and Cherry Creek Campground is a good campground here. Oxford Reservoir is a location that is pretty dry usually; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is August. Oxford Dam is a place that is in the neighborhood       of Oxford Reservoir, and not far from Oxford Reservoir you'll come across Swan Lake which is a delightful lake. Oxford Reservoir is not far at all from Logan, and Chicken Creek is near Oxford Reservoir and is always a pleasure to visit.
