  Clearwater National Forest is a glorious place to check out on a lovely day. Camping is available at Shady Creekssissippi River Pools 11-22, and Chimney Peak is pretty and can be spotted from here. Old Man Lake is a beautiful lake in the Clearwater Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. A good site to camp here at Old Man Lake is Fog Mountain Trailhead, and a pleasant spree to Old Man Meadows is a great way to spend an afternoon. Near Old Man Lake is a good
    7-mile-long run of whitewater on Selway River, a type III, this is the Selway Falls to Boyd Creek Campground portion. This run of Selway River is not a spot for learners to come whitewater boating alone.
