Nub Lakes is a lake worth visiting. And that's not everything you can do here in the Bitterroot Range. A fine location to camp here at Nub Lakes is Washington Creek Campground, and Super 8 Motel - St. Regis is a brilliant place to get some rest. So much fun stuff in the Bitterroot Range, just incredible. Visit Buck Creek since you're here at Nub Lakes, and camping is available at Aquarius Campground.

| | Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Clearwater River - North Fork, and a pretty lake like Cliff Lake is a magnificent site to go to. And that's not all you can do here at Nub Lakes. The Nub is clearly visible from Nub Lakes, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Shin Point Trail.

Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. Nub Lakes is a good location of normal precipitation; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and July on the other hand is the driest.
