From a precipitation point of view Noseeum Lake is a rather common spot; January is when you get the most snow here, and the driest month of the year is July. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Clearwater Mountains. Drift down the rapids of Clearwater River - Little North Fork in a kayak, and if you come at the right time of year, St. Joe River - Skookum       Canyon offers some magnificent whitewater. This lake is located in the wonderful Clearwater Mountains. Having a good time in the Clearwater Mountains is easy. Tangle Creek is a brilliant local stream; the slopes of Lookout Pass are so inviting noone can resist. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Noseeum Lake. If you came to camp Little North Fork Campground is a magnificent place to do that, and No-see-um Lake is a                  nearby lake that you could have a look at. The Old Montana Trail is a great hiking trail in the neighborhood of Noseeum Lake, and Barren Hill can be made out from Noseeum Lake. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Noseeum Lake. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Noseeum Lake dip into the 20's. A lake nearby is Steamboat Lake, and going for a hike on the Rukgaber Trail is always a magnificent adventure. This lake is so wonderful.
