It is very dry here at North Lambert Reservoir commonly; November is the month that gets the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. There's just no way someone can get bored here at North Lambert Reservoir. Summertime at North Lambert Reservoir arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and through the       night it cools down to the 40's. All through the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for North Lambert Reservoir. If you come at the right time of year, Deep Creek offers some good whitewater, and there is a delightful hiking trail close by called the Forty-Four Trail. There are some great whitewater spots on Owyhee River - South Fork, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Grasshopper Trail.
