This lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area next to Nethker Lake has to offer. Camping is available at Burgdorf Campground, and the Lava Butte Trail offers hiking at its best. This place, the Salmon River Mountains, has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. You'll find a striking lake called Josephine Lake near Nethker Lake, and good hiking is       available along the Crestline Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Payette River - North Fork, and AmericInn McCall is a good place to get some rest. During the summertime, highs regularly are in the 90's at Nethker Lake. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Nethker                  Lake. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Salmon River Mountains. There's some flowing water nearby, Josephine Creek is a stream you can check out while you're here, and a fine panorama of delightful Squaw Point is available. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Upper Payette Campground is a splendid place to camp, and while you're here, you could also explore lovely Lake Rock Lake. Nethker Lake is a location that is quite dried up regularly; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
