Middle Knob Lake is a nice lake to visit. But wait, there's more fun things to do in the Clearwater Mountains. One of the governing marks of the surroundings of Middle Knob Lake is Gospel Peak; if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Nellie Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant spree to Wind River Meadows is a great way to spend an afternoon, and on a good day you can take a hike along the Broken Leg Trail. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge; going for a hike along the Reed Bar Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. For the duration of the warm days of summer highs here at Middle Knob Lake get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. The wintertime comes
with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Middle Knob Lake drop into the 20's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Clearwater Mountains. Middle Knob Lake is pretty dried out generally;
