Get yourself into a kayak and hit Blackfoot River, and places like Wilson Flat are wonderful to go to. There's so much to do here at Meteor Hole that you need to camp here for a while, Whitelock's Marina and RV Park is a fine location for that; why not take a little tour to Wilson Creek if you're here. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Meteor Hole, you could also take a look at delightful The Narrows; if the weather is lovely, you get a good vista

down to the 40's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Meteor Hole. Meteor Hole is pretty dried up ordinarily; most of the rain falls throughout May while July is ordinarily the driest month.
