Maude Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Clearwater Mountains. Fish Creek has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Anderson Butte National Recreation Trail. You'll come across a pretty lake called Lottie Lake near Maude Lake; do take a hike on the East Boyd Glover Roundtop National Recreation Trail. And if that's not enough, there's

High temperatures at Maude Lake all through the summertime are in the 80's while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows at Maude Lake through the winter generally descend into the 20's. months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Maude Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Fog Mountain Campground is a pleasant local campground, and hiking along the Meadow Creek National Recreation Trail is nice fun.
If you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lochsa River. There's so much to do here at Maude Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Green Flat Campground is a brilliant place for that. This lake is located in the wonderful Clearwater Mountains.
