On a good day at Marshall Lake you can take a hike along the Bull Moose Trail; if you come at the right time of year, Salmon River offers some nice whitewater. Greyhawk by ResortQuest is a pleasant site to get some rest. Lakes are glorious; Goat Lake is a lake that's close to Marshall Lake. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is bountiful here in the Sawtooth Range. If you came to camp Iron Creek Campground is a tremendous spot to       do that, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Bench Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Sawtooth Range. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Here at Marshall Lake you can catch a sight of Thompson Peak. Camping at Point Campground is always a brilliant experience, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Yellow Belly Trail. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Marshall Lake;                  January is the month that gets the most snow; July on the other hand is the driest. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Marshall Lake, and the night is slightly colder of course, generally in the 40's.
