Lake Marie is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Wild Rose Ranch Resort is a magnificent local campground; a range like the Centennial Mountains is always lovely. High temperatures at Lake Marie through the long summer days are in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures       plunge down into the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Marie are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Lillian Lake is a splendid lake in close proximity to Lake Marie, and a great spot for whitewater paddling is Henrys Fork. Be careful coming to Lake Marie, you might not ever wanna go back home again. There's so much to do here at Lake Marie that you need to camp here for a while,                  Redrock RV and Camping Park is a pleasant spot for that, and there's perfect hiking along the Dry Creek Trail. Not much rainfall falls here at Lake Marie; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Anglers Lodge is a splendid choice; why not a little side tour to North Fork Duck Creek. From Lake Marie you get a great panorama of Centennial Mountains, and the Rock Creek Pack Trail offers hiking at its best.
