Not much rain falls here at Mallard Lake; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily January, that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Drift down the rapids of Snake River in a kayak, and after a long day outdoors Jerome Days Inn is a great place to spend a night or two. Lakes are such serene spots, why not stop at Duck Lake in the neighborhood of Mallard Lake, and a good close by hotel       is Wingate by Wyndham - Twin Falls. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Wilson River is so much fun. At Mallard Lake during the long summer days highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's.
