Throughout the warmest       time of the year highs here at Mackerts Pond reach the 70's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. Do go to Davis Lake near Mackerts Pond, it's a beautiful lake; Mackerts Pond is brilliant                  enough to spend more than a day at, Palisades Pines RV Park is a brilliant local campground. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things right next door to Mackerts Pond. What would winter be without some skiing at Kelly Canyon.
