Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. You simply must stop at Bonneville Point if you're here at Lucky Peak Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Mores Creek. Camping is available at Boise-KOA, and an interesting thing to stop at near Lucky Peak Lake is Lucky Peak Dam. Camping at Atlasta
Mobile Home and RV Park is always a tremendous experience, and wonderful skiing awaits you at Tamarack. Around Lucky Peak Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of
the months is July.
This lake is so wonderful. Beaches are brilliant; and Sandy Point Beach in close proximity to Lucky Peak Lake is no exception, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Bogus Basin.
