On a good day at Lower Goose Lake you can take a hike along the De Coster Trail, and you're most likely into lakes, Tule Lake is one of those nearby. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lower Goose Lake you can take a hike along the Boundary Creek Trail, and hey, Beaver Creek is a tremendous local stream. Camping is available at Squirrel       Creek Guest Ranch and Inn; everyone loves Long Meadows. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Lower Goose Lake. Teton Mountain View Lodge is a splendid place to get some rest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Robinson Creek. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Lower Goose Lake get into the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's                  while the cold winter nights at Lower Goose Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Grand Targhee; get drenched paddling on Falls River. An average amount of rain falls at Lower Goose Lake; the wettest month of the year is mostly January, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest of the months is July.
