Beautiful Lower Glidden Lake has much to offer visitors. This lake is located in the wonderful Bitterroot Range. If the weather is wonderful here at Lower Glidden Lake, you can go for a hike along the Kyle Creek Trail; a splendid place for whitewater paddling is St. Joe River - Skookum Canyon. Lower Glidden Lake gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; most of the snow falls through January, and July meanwhile is the driest month.

If you need a place to stay Best Western Wallace Inn is a great choice, and Lower Glidden Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Jack Pine Flats Campground is a nice local campground. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lower Glidden Lake you can take a hike along the Wonderful Trail, and Stardust Motel is a magnificent location to get some rest. You completely should fancy Lower Glidden Lake. If you came to camp Denna Mora Campground is a splendid site to do that; you could always explore Cooper Pass. This lake is so wonderful.
The snow is pleasant at Lookout Pass, and you can run the rapids of St. Joe River - North Fork.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Bitterroot Range. On a good day at Lower Glidden Lake you can take a hike along the Arid Ridge
Trail, and do stop at Upper Glidden Lake, it's a stunning lake. During the summer here at Lower Glidden Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lower Glidden Lake.
