This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Lookout Pass is close to Lower Glidden Lake; the vista of Burke Summit is wonderful. Throughout the summertime highs here at Lower Glidden Lake reach the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's; nighttime lows at Lower Glidden Lake through the winter       typically dip into the 10's. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Lower Glidden Lake, too fine to be true. Get covered with water paddling on St. Joe River - North Fork; naturally, this is a delightful vicinity for people who like lakes, Revett Lake is a lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit St. Joe River - Skookum Canyon. Lower Glidden Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; the month of January is the wettest with                  most of the snow; July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. Man, is there heaps of enjoyable stuff to do in the Bitterroot Range. Cooper Pass is a tremendous spot to explore nearby, and camping is available at Denna Mora Campground. The snow is fine at Lookout Pass; fine hiking is available along the Arid Ridge Trail. Going for a hike on the Wonderful Trail is always a glorious adventure, and why not camp at Jack Pine Flats Campground if you're here at Lower Glidden Lake. You absolutely should fancy the Bitterroot Range.
