Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Sawtooth Range. Don't leave Low Pass Lake without first going for a hike along the Yellow Belly Trail. And if that's not enough there's a lot more enjoyable things to do in the Sawtooth Range. Go for a hike on the Yuba River Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Confusion       Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Soldier Mountain Ski Resort is great; going for a hike on the Bull Moose Trail is always a great adventure. Low Pass Lake is a good place of common precipitation; January is when you get the most snow here, and July on the other hand is the driest. Timpa Creek is a stream that you may run into during your stay, and a pleasant place to camp here at Low Pass Lake is Alturas Inlet Campground. This place,                  Low Pass Lake, it completely has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. The summit of Plummer Peak can be seen from Low Pass Lake, and camping at Powerplant Campground is always a nice experience. A great place for whitewater paddling near Low Pass Lake is Salmon River, and obviously, this is a brilliant region for folks who like lakes, Rock Slide Lake is a lake nearby. During the summertime at Low Pass Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 40's.
