Louse Lake

This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Louse Lake without first checking out Flea Ridge Point. If you're looking for a type III whitewater segment to paddle, you're in luck; the Selway Falls to Boyd Creek Campground section is a perfect 7-mile-in-length piece of Selway River. The Selway Falls to Boyd Creek Campground section of Selway River is proposed for raft paddlers of medium know-how. The class III-IV Wilderness Gateway bridge to Split Creek Pack Bridge
segment of Lochsa River is 9 miles long. The Wilderness Gateway bridge to Split Creek Pack Bridge segment of Lochsa River is suited for raft paddlers who have been whitewater rafting and kayaking for a bit but who are not yet ready for the especially treacherous rapids.
