In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Monumental Creek, and a lovely lake like Swet Lake is a good place to go to. The peak of Lost Packer Peak can be seen from Lost Packer Lake; Lost Packer Meadows is a magnificent site. You definitely must adore the Clearwater Mountains. Going for a hike on the Stoddard Trail is always       a delightful adventure. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Packer Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Base Camp Campground is a great local campground, and Thirteen Lakes is a great lake close by. Go for a hike on the Coyote Springs Trail, and a fine place to camp here at Lost Packer Lake is Elkhorn Bar Campground. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Lost Packer Lake has it all. Near Lost Packer Lake you come across the Farrow Mountain                  Trail which is a perfect hiking trail, and whitewater paddling is great on Big Creek. An average amount of precipitation falls at Lost Packer Lake; most of the snow falls during January, and July is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Lost Packer Lake all through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lost Packer Lake are in the 10's.
