Lost Lake is a beautiful lake in the Salmon River Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Water's Edge RV Resort is a fine place to camp, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Willow Creek Trail. There's some flowing water close by, Bed Ground Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay; if you get bored of Lost Lake you could also stop by close by Shirts Lake. Summertime       at Lost Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 40's. During the winter the highs are mostly in the 30's while Lost Lake night low temperatures all through the winter are in the 10's. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are truly plentiful here at Lost Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lost Lake; Blue Lake Trail is a magnificent local trail; the scenery at Skein Lake Dam is lovely. From a rain point of view                  Lost Lake is a rather typical place; the month with most of the snow is January, and July meanwhile is the driest month. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the Salmon River Mountains has to offer. Take a hike on the Campbell Creek Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Payette River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Lake Cascade State Park while you're here at Lost Lake; after a long day outdoors Ashley Inn is a splendid site to spend a night or two. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Payette River - North Fork; here at Lost Lake you can catch a glimpse of Collier Peak. Having a tremendous time in the Salmon River Mountains is simple.
