     Idaho has many beautiful lakes and Lost Lake is one of them. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Lost Lake. If you came to camp Lake Cascade State Park is a perfect spot to do that, and Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a brilliant place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Skein Lake Dam is a site that is close to Lost Lake. Good hiking is available along the Campbell Creek Trail; not far from Lost Lake you'll locate Skein Lake  
   which is a wonderful lake.
Lost Lake is a good site of normal rain; during the month of January you get the most snow around here; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Collier Peak can be spotted from Lost Lake, and there's whitewater on Payette River - North Fork for all you adrenaline people. During the summertime months here at Lost Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge
 
               down into the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lost Lake are in the 10's.
Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more fun stuff to do here in the Salmon River Mountains. Go for a hike on the Willow Creek Trail, and of course Bed Ground Creek flows through this vicinity. Camping at Water's Edge RV Resort is always a magnificent experience, and if you need a location to stay Ashley Inn is a fine choice. This lake is located in the wonderful Salmon River Mountains.
And if that's not enough there's a lot more entertaining things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. Going for a hike on the Blue Lake Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and you can run the rapids of Payette River - North Fork.
