    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Lost Lake. If you're here at Lost Lake, you could take a look at Gold Creek, and if you came to camp Garfield Bay Resort is a fine location to do that. If the weather is delightful here at Lost Lake, you can go for a hike along the White Mountain Trail. There's so much to do here at Lost Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Idaho Country Resort is a nice spot for that. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure  
   to run into some friendly people from Coeur d'Alene here.
Lost Lake is a good spot of normal rain; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that snows the most, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SANDPOINT NORTH, and paddling on Pack River is so much fun. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. While you're here at Lost Lake, you could also take a look
 
               at pretty Providence Lake, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Upper North Fork Grouse Creek Trail.
For the period of the summer at Lost Lake highs are frequently in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. For the duration of the winter the highs are usually in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Lost Lake during the wintertime frequently fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Schweitzer is just what you need, and if you need a site to stay Days Inn Sandpoint is a pleasant choice. Do take a look at Gamlin Lake near Lost Lake, it's a pretty lake; on a good day you can take a hike along the Shertz Trail.

For the 2009 season, we have a new clubhouse group facility, bathhouse, amphitheater, dock, boat rentals, and 40 RV sites. 14 of them are 50amp fullhookup pull-thrus, 3 huge super sites overlooking the lake, and another 20 partial hookup sites. We also have camping cabins and covered wagons and Wooden pole tents with wooden floors. We also have internet, movie rentals, and sell propane too. This area has tons of hiking, fishing, hunting and canoing/kayaking in the Kootenai River. The Kootenai Wildlife Refuge is 5 miles away and is great to hike around. We have fishing and swimming in our 3 acre lake and have 2 huge Lakeside Firepits.
