Camping is available at Garfield Bay Resort, and the Shertz Trail offers hiking at its best. There are plenty of folks from Coeur d'Alene here at Lost Lake. Camping at Idaho Country Resort is always a tremendous experience, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SANDPOINT NORTH is a perfect choice. What would winter be without some skiing at Schweitzer, and there's great hiking along the White       Mountain Trail. Man, is there plenty of cool things to do near Lost Lake. If you come at the right time of year, Pack River offers some delightful whitewater; it's a pleasant idea to stop by Gold Creek. The warmest time of the year at Lost Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's while Lost Lake nighttime low temperatures                  during the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Lake is right by the Upper North Fork Grouse Creek Trail, and a tremendous close by hotel is Days Inn Sandpoint.
