If you are in Boundary county it's always a good idea to stop by Long Mountain Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Long Mountain Lake. While you're here at Long Mountain Lake you can take a hike along the White Mountain Trail, and at Long Mountain Lake you can catch a sight of Long Mountain. Head up to Schweitzer and strap some skis to your feet, and Long Mountain Lake is not the only location nearby, Ball Lakes is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful.

Camping at Long Mountain Lake is nice fun, Idyl Acres RV Trailer Park is a nice local campground; close by you find Pyramid Pass which is a good location to take a look at. Campground is a great spot to camp.
For the duration of the months of summer at Long Mountain Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's,
and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Long Mountain Lake. Around Long Mountain Lake you don’t get a lot of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
