Summertime at Logan Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 30's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and night lows through the winter for Logan Lake tend to be in the 0's. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. Take a hike on the Center Mountain Trail; Logan Lake is not the only spot nearby, Lick Lake is a nearby lake. Logan Lake is pleasant

along the Big Chief Creek Trail, and there's whitewater on Johnson Creek for all you adrenaline people. Logan Lake is one of the lakes here in the Salmon River Mountains. From a rainfall point of view Logan Lake is a reasonably typical
place; the month with most of the snow is January while July is usually the driest month. Yeah, come up here to the Salmon River Mountains for a delightful time. Brundage Mountain is a very popular ski area close by, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Salmon River - East Fork of South Fork.
