There's so much to do here at Lloyds Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hazard Campground is a good place for that; Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mccall-The Hunt Lodge, Id is a great site to get some rest. Not much rainfall falls here at Lloyds Lake; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; the driest month is July. Lloyds Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise. Not       far from Lloyds Lake, you'll locate Hard Creek Lake which is a wonderful lake; in the event that you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Hard Creek. This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Lloyds Lake get into the 90's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's while Lloyds Lake night low temperatures during                  the wintertime are in the 20's. Having a delightful time in the Salmon River Mountains is painless. Lakes? Sure, Hazard Lake is in close proximity, and nearby you come across the Broken Leg Trail which is a good hiking trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the Salmon River Mountains. But wait, there's more fun things to do in the Salmon River Mountains. There is a tremendous hiking trail in the neighborhood of Lloyds Lake called the Lava Butte Trail; after a long day outdoors AmericInn McCall is a great spot to spend a night or two. Some of the water nearby flows, like Clayburn Creek, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Hazard Creek.
