  The Bitterroot Range scenery is always beautiful. A spree to Clearwater National Forest when you're here at Lizard Lakes is never a bad idea.
There's some flowing water close by, Lone Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lizard Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Shady Creekssissippi River Pools 11-22. Three Links Meadows is right here at Lizard Lakes, and East Peak is wonderful and can be seen
    from here. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Fog Mountain Trailhead, and the sight of beautiful Lizard Peak is delightful.
