This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors La Quinta Inn Sandpoint is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and everybody nearby loves skiing at Schweitzer. Any time is a splendid time at Little Muskrat Lake if you have a thing about the outdoors. Lakes are tremendous; Muskrat Lake is a lake that's near Little Muskrat Lake;       you can stay the night at Fox Farm RV Resort. Near Little Muskrat Lake you hit upon the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail which is a great hiking trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Little Muskrat Lake has to offer, you can camp at Spring Point Campground. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Little Lake, and Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a tremendous spot to get some rest. Little Muskrat                  Lake gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. Summertime highs at Little Muskrat Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while Little Muskrat Lake night low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on Pack River; don't forget to take a perfect little trip to Carr Creek.
