Soar down the rapids of Pack River in a kayak; if you need a place to stay Schweitzer Mountain Resort is a brilliant choice. Meandering Moose Motel is a pleasant place to get some rest; get yourself into a kayak and hit Priest River. The White Mountain Trail is a pleasant hiking trail near Little Lake; Carr Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at.

highs at Little Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with temperatures at Little Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout
winter nights. An average amount of rain falls at Little Lake; through December this area sees the most snow, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. There is a pleasant hiking trail near Little Lake called the Chipmunk Rapids National Recreation Trail.
