Soldier Mountain Ski Resort is a very popular ski area around here, and let's not forget Goat Creek which is a stream that you may run into during your stay. At Little Bear Lake you don’t see much precipitation; through December this area sees the most snow, and August meanwhile is the driest month. If you fancy the outdoors you'll fancy it here in the Sawtooth Range. Salmon River       is a fine whitewater spot close to Little Bear Lake, and if you came to camp Skeleton Campground is a perfect spot to do that. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawtooth Range. For the duration of the summertime at Little Bear Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. Through the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's; overnight lows at Little Bear Lake all through the winter frequently                  dip into the 0's. There's so much to do here at Little Bear Lake that you need to camp here for a while, River Bend Campground is a delightful site for that; there is a pleasant hiking trail nearby called the Yellow Belly Trail. This place, the Sawtooth Range, has so much outdoors entertaining things. Bass Lakes is a nearby lake that you could stop at. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is brilliant here at Little Bear Lake, you can go for a hike along the Bremner Trail, and the top of Two Point Mountain is easily spotted from Little Bear Lake. If only every site had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great earth it would be.
