Salmon River is a great whitewater spot near Little Baron Lake, and Point Campground is a glorious campground       nearby. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! The Sawtooth Range is unbeatable! You're possibly keen on lakes, Baron Lake is one of those nearby. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River; the Bull Moose Trail is a glorious hiking trail close by. Now, you may feel that's loads but there's even more fun things to do here in the Sawtooth Range. Baron Creek Falls is                  always fun to check out, and you can see Baron Peak from Little Baron Lake. From a rainfall point of view Little Baron Lake is a rather typical location; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and the driest of the months is July. Little Baron Lake is located in the Sawtooth Range. For the period of the days of summer highs here at Little Baron Lake get into the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Little Baron Lake.
