After a long day outdoors Greyhawk by ResortQuest is a good place to spend a night or two, and get wet paddling on Salmon River. And if that's not enough there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the Sawtooth Range. The panorama of gorgeous Cony Peak near Limber Lake is great, and naturally Drop Creek flows through this area. Grandjean Campground is a glorious campground       nearby, and the Yellow Belly Trail offers hiking at its best. There are other sites here than Limber Lake, for example Oreamnos Lake, and there's magnificent hiking along the Bull Moose Trail. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawtooth Range. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Iron Creek Campground is a great place to camp, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Warrior Creek                  Trail. Now, you may imagine that's a lot but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Sawtooth Range. Not far from Limber Lake, you'll stumble on Three Lake which is a scenic lake; paddling on Salmon River is so much fun. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Limber Lake while night lows are commonly in the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are frequently in the 30's, and overnight lows at Limber Lake throughout the winter usually descend into the 10's.
