    Why not stop by Limber Lake if you're passing through these parts. It's a good idea to check out Drop Creek, it's right next door to Limber Lake; in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Salmon River. Summertime highs at Limber Lake generally tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. Highs during the winter are usually in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Limber Lake. But wait,  
   there's more amusing things to do in the Sawtooth Range. Stay the night at Iron Creek Campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Hagerman Fossil Beds National Monument is one of the destinations in the vicinity of Limber Lake that are great to go to, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Salmon River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawtooth Range. If you want a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Limber Lake. You'll
 
               need more than a day to look at everything Limber Lake has to offer, you can camp at Grandjean Campground; you can go for a hike on the Black Warrior Creek Trail.
Having a good time in the Sawtooth Range is easy. Near Limber Lake you come across the Bull Moose Trail which is a delightful hiking trail; Cony Peak is clearly visible from Limber Lake. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Limber Lake; January is the month that gets the most snow, and July is the month with the least moisture. Going for a hike on the Yellow Belly Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and there are other places here than Limber Lake, for example Blue Rock Lake.
