Many people like to go to Lily Pad Lake. This lake is so wonderful. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Wallowa Mountains, too glorious to be true. If you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little Salmon River; Mirror Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Salmon Rapids Lodge is a nice choice; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Heavens Gate Trail.

| | is so wonderful. Why not camp at Windy Saddle Campground if you're here at Lily Pad Lake, and the Old Boise Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. At Lily Pad Lake all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 90's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, generally in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's, and night lows throughout the wintertime for Lily Pad Lake tend to be in the 20's. All year is a good time | |

Lily Pad Lake is a beautiful lake in the Wallowa Mountains.
You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area near Lily Pad Lake has to offer. While you're here at Lily Pad Lake, you could also pop by picturesque Gem Lake; there is a good hiking trail nearby called the
Deep Creek Trail. A great site to camp here at Lily Pad Lake is Seven Devils Campground, and the view of Devils Tooth is charming.
At Lily Pad Lake you don’t see much rain; during the month of May you get the most rain around here while July is typically the driest month.
