    Go to Larkins Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. Larkins Lake is a beautiful lake in the Bitterroot Range. A striking lake like Blue Lake in the neighborhood of Larkins Lake is a delightful place to go to; great hiking is available along the Old Montana Trail. This place, Larkins Lake, it truly has so much outdoors cool stuff. Camping is available at Aquarius Campground, and Mangold General Store & Motel is a nice location to get some rest.
All through the
 
   summertime highs here at Larkins Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while Larkins Lake night low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. So many amusing things to do in the Bitterroot Range, not sufficient time. From a rain point of view Larkins Lake is a reasonably normal site; January is the wettest month with most snow, and July meanwhile is the driest month.
This lake
 
               is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Mammouth Springs Campground is a magnificent site to camp; paddling on St. Joe River - Skookum Canyon is so much fun. This place, the Bitterroot Range, has so much outdoors amusing things. Go for a hike on the Dead Mule Trail, and the panorama of charming Crag Peak is brilliant. There's perfect hiking along the Shin Point Trail; Clearwater River - North Fork has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby.
