Lapwai Lake is a good site of common rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly November, that's the one that rains the most; July is the month with the least moisture. High temperatures at Lapwai Lake throughout the months of summer are in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here       at Lapwai Lake. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Lapwai Lake, so little time. There are plenty of people from Lewiston here at Lapwai Lake. A fine location to camp here at Lapwai Lake is Talmaks Campground; you can take a little visit to Winchester Dam while you're here at Lapwai Lake. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Super 8 Lewiston, and Lapwai Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Winchester Lake State Park is a great local                  campground.
