    It's always fun to stop by Lake Cascade. This lake is one of the great places here in the Salmon River Mountains. Throughout the long summer days highs here at Lake Cascade get into the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lake Cascade are in the 10's. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the vicinity of Lake Cascade. A great site to camp here at  
   Lake Cascade is Water's Edge RV Resort, and you can go for a hike on the Willow Creek Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Payette River - North Fork has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and going for a hike on the Campbell Creek Trail is always a glorious adventure. At Cascade Dam in the vicinity of Lake Cascade there are some exciting things to see, and camping at Lake Cascade State Park is always a good experience.

               come up here to the Salmon River Mountains for a good time. Looking for some flowing water? Try Grandmas Creek, and nearby you discover the Campbell Trail which is a great hiking trail. All the outdoors amusing things in the Salmon River Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Payette River - North Fork, and if you need a location to stay Ashley Inn is a great choice. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Lake Cascade; January is the month that gets the most snow while July is frequently the driest month.
Mccall Super 8 Lodge is a nice site to get some rest, and Crown Point is scenic and can be seen from here.
