Kilroy Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. The amount of rain that falls at Kilroy Lakes is close to the national average; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month of the year is July. A lake close by is Lost Lake, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Kilroy Lakes; Larch Mountain Trail is a fine local trail. This lake is so wonderful. Inn At Sand Creek is a nice place to get some rest, and from Kilroy Lakes you acquire a great panorama of Schafer Peak. Through the long summer days highs here at Kilroy Lakes reach the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. stay Best Western Edgewater Resort is a good choice, and magnificent hiking is available along the Upper Declaration Trail. You can run the rapids of Pack River near Kilroy Lakes. Camping at Beyond Hope RV Park is always a magnificent
experience, and since you're here, do take a trip to Indian Point. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Kilroy Lakes, you could also check out nearby Lake Pend Oreille, and Kilroy Lakes is tremendous enough to spend more
than a day at, Garfield Bay Resort is a tremendous local campground. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. It's a splendid idea to have a look at Halfway Creek, it's near Kilroy Lakes, and a good spot is Deer Gulch.
