Kilroy Lakes is right by the Larch Mountain Trail, and do go to Lake Pend Oreille, it's a beautiful lake. All the outdoors exciting stuff right next door to Kilroy Lakes will keep you coming back time and again. Near Kilroy Lakes you locate great spots like Deer Gulch, and Lost Lake is a nearby lake that you could       stop by. Summertime at Kilroy Lakes comes with high temperatures in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Kilroy Lakes. The annual rainfall here at Kilroy Lakes is about average; through November this area sees the most rain while July is mostly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Garfield Bay Resort; if you come at the right time of year, Pack River offers some great whitewater. Why not visit Indian Point also since you're here. If you need a location to stay Inn At Sand Creek is a great choice, and don't forget to take a great little trip to Halfway Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
