Take a hike on the Granite Ridge Trail, and some of the water close by flows, like Frog Creek. Kid Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. Yeah, come up here to the Bitterroot Range for a glorious time. Why not take a refreshing hike along the State Line Trail, and a splendid location for whitewater paddling is Clark Fork.
During the summertime months highs here at Kid Lake get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's.
